Acknowledgement of Non Veterinary Service

Nancy Ellison-Murray is not a Veterinarian, Reset Equine Sustainable Equitation & Mobility is not a Veterinary service, and therefore will not be providing diagnostic information, or anything that could be considered as such.

Information is given on the basis of observation of presentation, and is always given to develop appreciation, and understanding of a reasoning as to why correct action regarding the further seeking out of any diagnostic information is required.

It is important to further understand that advice given, exercises and mobilisations that Nancy Ellison-Murray undertakes, or prescribes should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a Veterinary specialist for any or physical ailment of which I am aware the horses in my care to have.

Because Manual therapeutics & some forms of exercise should not be performed on horses experiencing certain medical conditions, please be aware that it is is important to stated my horses known diagnosed conditions, and answer all questions honestly.

As a client of Reset Equine Sustainable Equitation & Mobility, it is expected that you keep Nancy Ellison-Murray updated as to any changes in my horses diagnostic medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on Nancy Ellison-Murray's part should I fail to do so.

All Manual therapeutics undertaken, and performed are low intensity, low velocity and within normal ranges of healthy tissue tolerance, and safe tolerance ranges of musculoskeletal motion.

All Manual therapeutics are undertaken to enable regaining of ideal ranges of motion, and ideal musculoskeletal stability.

Please be aware, that reduced ranges of motion in the horses movement profile, or persistent postural patterns may be occurring protectively, and as these compensatory patterns are reduced through corrective mobilisation activities or exercises, existing and primary mobility issues of concern may become more apparent with an exacerbation of this asymmetry during locomotion.

Please make sure that you have read, understand and agree to the above in regards to the above Acknowledgement of a Non Veterinary service in your booking process, relating to your booking. This is required for us to continue with the booking.
